  We wish we could give DeVoe Construction & Design more than just 5 stars. Laura and Roland DeVoe recently finished a kitchen remodel for us and we couldn't be more pleased. Laura is the designer and she is a true gem. We weren't sure what style or color tones we wanted to go with, so with Laura's complete guidance and expertise, our kitchen looks better than we ever imagined it could. She brought over samples for us to look at and assisted in every aspect of designing our kitchen and purchasing products. She really knows her stuff and was able to direct us correctly. We truly would have been completely lost without her guidance on this whole project. She literally took all worries away from us. And Roland, Bryan and their crew.....my goodness, we cannot say enough good things about them. It is quite unnerving starting a remodel, but we knew right away we were in good hands. Roland and his crew are very professional, incredibly hardworking and every one of them are experts in what they do. Their quality of workmanship is top notch. Every day they left the job site clean and tidy. They were in constant communication with us during the entire process so we were never left wondering about anything. An all around fantastic company to work with and a group of wonderful people we would never hesitate to call on for future projects.

  Complete renovation of our Master and Main bathrooms was a big decision. Received 3 quotes all in the same ballpark. Roland DeVoe of Devoe Contractors was the only one to take time to ask, and answer our questions. Two of the contractors gave us the cost in one-line emails.
Roland DeVoe sent a detailed line by line description of the the job to be performed, each stage of the job, the materials to be used, the cost of the items and the cost of labor.
Living in a condo we submitted Devoe Contractors proposal to the Home Owners Association.
The proposal passed all aspects of acceptance.

The DeVoe team was outstanding, always neat, clean and professional. Their craftsmanship is impressive. John W. the tile man is truly an artist and always made sure to consults with us about options for doing the tile design layout.
Everyone that we know having work done like this, told us that renovation was a nightmare. We were always waiting for the nightmare. It never happened.Also, no hidden or surprising charges, we paid what was quoted in the contract. Cannot say enough good things about the people at DeVoe Contruction and Design. Bravo!

  Roland DeVoe helped us with a bathroom remodel and a garage update, and they both look beautiful! He is so easy to work with, so attentive and such a positive, clear communicator that the whole process was truly enjoyable. He's attentive to budget, and he works efficiently. Plus, the workmanship is terrific! We'd happily use him again.

  Roland and his team did a full rewiring of my house. In the course of this, every wall was opened up and insulated, two ceilings replaced, and everything put back better than ever.

Though not the lowest, their bid was competitive, but during walkthroughs their attention to detail won me over. Many long and dusty weeks later this intuition was confirmed.

A project like this is inevitably full of surprises and problems, but the only deviations from the original bid were from my own enthusiasm to do a little more than planned.

  DeVoe redid our Kitchen and WOW what a wonderful job they did. Any remodel can be scary because you don't know what you are getting into. Even after reading reviews you have your hesitations and worries. These quickly dissolved after the first day they showed up with the plans with the redesign. Out of the bids we received they were the most organized and profession. Roland and his team were always on time and professional. I never knew a construction team could be so neat. They always walked us through and explained every step so we understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. From the time they put up the plastic sheet to start working till the time they left they were neat and always very kind. They worked hard and were respectful that my husband and I were home all day.
Roland's team were always willing to help my husband and I when they saw us trying to move, lift, or arrange something. They really care about the customer they are serving. They went above and beyond what you would "normally" think a contractor would do.
In addition to the team Roland's wife Laura is a designer. She took her time to hear what we wanted and brought samples to the house for us to look at. She helped make our dream kitchen a reality. They are the true A Team!

  DeVoe Construction and Design did the interior of my office. I gave them general ideas of what I wanted to do and they made it all a reality. Their workmanship is superb. All the colors work well together and they got the job done on schedule. They were also very accommodating to midstream changes when I had new ideas. Roland and his crew were very professional and made sure to clean up after themselves every day. I would recommend them to anyone!

  I agree with S G. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars!! What a great Company with awesome management; from the moment I spoke to them, I felt like I was being heard and that I was dealing with a contractor with a high level of competence. I excited to work with DeVoe in the future and will send all of my family and friends their way as the need arises.
